Blue Ridge Housing Network is pleased to announce our new Homebuyer’s Club.
The HOMEBUYER'S Club provides comprehensive homebuyer education and counseling to low-income persons interested in becoming homeowners. Club members meet once a month with their group and individually with the Counselor. Club meeting topics include, but are not limited to: credit and budget, employment, special loan programs, mortgages, insurance and closing costs, and post-purchase homeownership issues.
The Club is a confidential group setting geared to clients that would like to buy their first home in the next year or two, but needs to work on some credit issues and/or save money.
Club membership is free and meetings are for MEMBERS ONLY. Please contact Lorie Noakes, (540) 622-2711 to receive information on the benefits of becoming a member of the HOMEBUYER'S Club.

HOMEBUYERS CLUB Class Schedule Meets once a month from 6:00 – 7:30 pm. Plus you will meet a minimum of 2 times privately will a Housing Couselor during the Club dates.
