• Must be a first-time homebuyer.
• Successfully complete a certified Homeownership Education Class.
• Must possess a credit history that reflects the ability to successfully meet financial obligations and willingness to repay obligation.
• The total household income must be between 30%-80% Area Median Income for HDPAP and SPARC. (see chart below).
